Issue signing up to investor prototype test-drives

Hey Etergo,

I’ve tried to sign up to the test-drive event for investors according to the e-mail sent some weeks ago, but I am getting the following error message:

We’re giving priority to current investors above 250€ at this stage. Unfortunately, it seems that you don’t have any active investor account associated to this email or you have an invested amount below 250€.

I am an investor from the Seedrs campaign, so maybe that is why the system couldn’t find my e-mail address. Is there a solution to this?
